Learn more about the different types of wood

These tealight holders are handcrafted in my workshop from solid French oak or ash. Their hexagonal shape allows them to be freely assembled to create various compositions, including a honeycomb pattern.

Each set includes 3 candle holders and 3 rapeseed wax tealights, providing approximately 6 hours of burn time. They are also compatible with classic tealights.

Oak and ash naturally exhibit differences in shade and grain, making each candle holder unique. A Rubio Monocoat oil finish protects the wood while preserving its natural look and feel.

Traceability

The candle holders are made in my workshop from French solid oak or ash, sourced from French sawmills.

The ash comes from the Jura or the Vosges regions, while the oak comes from Burgundy or Limousin. The shades and grain naturally vary depending on the tree and the piece of wood used.

The finish is done with Rubio Monocoat, a linseed-based wood protection oil applied directly in the workshop.

Maintenance

Wood prefers to stay dry, so avoid getting it wet.
You can oil your wooden item every 2 years to restore its shine and nourish it. Ideally with a "Rubio Monocoat" linseed oil-based product.

To preserve their quality, store your candles away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from any flammable materials. Only use tea lights that fit the intended diameter.
