These beeswax candles are handcrafted in Strasbourg by Hugo, from Des Bougies pour Nagel. Slender and slightly tapered, they measure 20 cm in height and are available in several colors to choose from according to your preferences.

Each candle offers approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes of burn time, with a steady flame and complete combustion, without wax drips or smoke. Their 12.5 mm diameter at the base allows them to be used with the solid wood candle holders I make in my workshop.

Sold in packs of 6, they are made from beeswax sourced from a supplier located less than 80 km from the manufacturer's workshop and a cotton wick. The different colors allow you to create your own assortment and match it to your candle holders.

Traceability

The candles are handcrafted in Strasbourg by Hugo, from Des Bougies pour Nagel. The beeswax used comes from a supplier located less than 80 km from his workshop.

They are made with a cotton wick. The yellow candles retain the natural color of beeswax, while a very small amount of dye is used to achieve the other shades.

The manufacturing process is artisanal in the workshop: the wax is melted in a double boiler before being poured into molds prepared with their wicks.

Maintenance

To preserve their quality, store your candles away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Delivery, packaging, and returns

Delivery

Each order is carefully prepared in my workshop and shipped within 48 hours.

  • Tracked Letter – La Poste
    Delivery throughout France starting from €3.50 for up to 100g (approximately 2 pieces of jewelry). Beyond that, the rate adjusts to the weight of your order.
    Allow generally 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. A tracking number allows you to follow your shipment.
  • Pickup Point – Mondial Relay
    Pickup point delivery available from €4.10.
  • Free pickup at the workshop – Pessac
    You can pick up your order for free at the workshop. I will contact you as soon as it's ready to arrange the pickup.
    This option is unavailable from mid-November to mid-February.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Depending on your choice, your creation can be exchanged, credited with a voucher, or refunded via the payment method used during your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Packaging

Each creation is carefully packaged and protected for transport. Jewelry is presented in a reusable kraft cardboard box; other items receive packaging adapted to their size.

For jewelry, you can choose to replace the kraft cardboard box with lighter packaging, consisting of tissue paper and a small reusable cotton pouch. Simply specify this in the "Special instructions for the order" section.

Is your order a gift? I can also add a small note free of charge for the recipient. Simply write your message in the same section when placing your order.
